3 ingredient brownies
Call these the nontraditional (and healthier) two-bite brownies. You may already have these ingredients in your pantry! This recipe makes about 10 small brownies.
- 1 cup of pitted dates (soaked for 20 minutes)
- 1 cup of walnuts
- 1/4 cup of raw cocoa powder
Blend the dates, walnuts and cocoa powder.
The mix should be sticky and hold together well.
On a plate lined with parchment paper, mold the mix into a flattened out rectangle.
Freeze for 20 minutes.
Cut into little squares.
Store in the fridge up to 3 days.
