chocolate chia pudding
It looks like treats and tastes like treats but it's perfect for breakfast. Chia seeds are full of fiber, omega-3 fatty acids and protein. This overnight pudding will have you looking forward to an easy and delicious breakfast.
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of organic maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of chia seeds
- 1/4 cup of raw cocoa powder
Pour all of the ingredients into a container and mix well. I usually shake it a few times too.
After the pudding is mixed, let it chill in the fridge overnight.
Serve with shredded coconut, berries, bananas or peanut butter!
