4 ingredient chocolate love cups
What better way to say I love you to your favourite health nut than healthy chocolate peanut butter cups! This recipe makes 6 little cups, you can double it if you want to make more. If you're looking for a nut free version, you can just make them without the peanut butter.
- 1/3 cup of coconut oil
- 1/3 cup of raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup of organic maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
Heat the coconut on very low heat on the stove. As soon as it melts take it off.
Mix coconut oil, cacao powder and maple syrup.
Pour each cup with chocolate mix halfway, and stick in the freezer for about 15 mins. (This should be about half of the mix, keep the other half out)
Once the cups are hardened, take them out and place a small dollop of peanut butter on each one followed by the rest of the chocolate mix.
Place back in the freezer or fridge for 15 mins. Serve!
