clean green chip dip
This is a nice change from the usual salsa and chip combo. Only a few ingredients and guaranteed yums.
- 1 avocado
- 2 small tomatillos OR 1 large tomatillo, diced
- 1 jalapeno, diced (optional)
- 1/4 cup of yellow onion, diced
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (about half a lemon)
- pinch of salt to taste
Blend all ingredients.
Serve with gluten free corn tortilla chips. I enjoy the brand Que Pasa.
