quick snack: dates + peanut butter
This likely doesn't need a recipe but I'll include it anyways. This is a great quick snack that reminds me of peanut butter and jam! Peanut butter is a good source of protein and healthy fats. Dates contain natural sugars which are great for an energy boost in low quantities.
- All natural peanut butter
- Whole pitted dates
Spread peanut butter on the dates. For an extra crunch, add some cocoa nibs on top.
