3 ingredient ice cream

A craving for chocolate ice cream is completely normal - but eating it frequently certainly isn't healthy (or dairy free). This recipe is so easy and delicious. I do warn, you need a half decent food processor or blender to get the job done. This recipe serves 2...or 1 ;)

Ingredients:

  • 3 bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 3 tablespoons of raw cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

Directions:

Blend all ingredients. Be patient! Frozen banana may take a few minutes to reach ice cream consistency,

If the banana is too chunky, add a bit more almond milk.

Serve with: berries, shredded coconut, cocoa nibs, or whatever your heart desires!
