mango ginger ice pops

This is the perfect summer treat with no added sugar. I've experimented with a bunch of different flavours and this is one of my favourites.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen mango and pineapple mixed
  • 2 tablespoons of organic maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • shredded coconut for topping

Directions:

Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until it looks like a thick smoothie.

Pour into paper cups and add a popsicle stick. (or use popsicle mold if you have one)

Freeze for about four hours.

Remove from paper cup and roll the pop around in shredded coconut to serve.

These pops are a fun summer treat to enjoy for dessert or serve to guests!
