What is the first thing on your mind when you wake up?
For many, it's the little every day stresses. I believe your first few thoughts and actions pave the way for what kind of day you're going to have. The mornings are a sacred time, and you should take even 30 seconds to remind yourself of how amazing you are.
These are my morning affirmations:
1. I have a strong mind and a strong body.
2. I am full of love for myself, and for everyone else.
3. Every cell in my body is healthy
Take a few minutes. Smile. Stretch. Be grateful. Ignore your phone. Kiss your partner. And then let the day take its course.
