peanut butter cookies

peanut butter cookies

I am a peanut butter monster, and I love peanut butter cookies. It took a couple of tries to get this recipe right but I think you'll enjoy it! I also think you'll enjoy the smell of your home after baking them. They're sweet and soft and yummy.

  • 1 cup of natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup of oats blended into oat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of arrowroot powder
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. It should form a thick dough that you can roll into balls.

If it's too runny, add a bit more oat flour. If it's too thick, add a tablespoon of water.

Roll dough into balls and place on a pan lined with parchment paper.

Using a fork, flatten the cookies by making a crisscross in the middle of them.

Bake for 20 minutes.
