3 ingredient summer pops
I recently purchased a new popsicle mold while visiting Prince Edward County and I have to say spending a bit of extra money on it was worth it!
Because it's still technically summer I wanted to share my first pop creation. These were so easy to make and also a pretty looking treat with no added sugar.
- Coconut water
- 2 cups of strawberries, sliced
- 3 kiwis, sliced
After slicing the fruit, pack it in tight into the molds.
Fill the molds with coconut water, leaving about 1 cm of room at the top to give the popsicles room to expand.
Put the sticks in and let them freeze for about 7 hours.
Run the mold under hot water for about 5 seconds to help make it easier to remove the popsicle.
