2 ingredient watermelon pops
I don't know about you, but anytime the temperature reaches about 25 degrees, I immediately feel I need ice cream and popsicles. It's no secret that these things are full of refined sugar, but sometimes those bags of frozen fruit just won't quite bite that cold treat craving.
However, trick yourself by putting real fruit juice into a popsicle mold and BAM! Solution. I invested in a good set last year, and I recommend it for your summer sweet tooth.
PS- My boyfriend ate all 6 of these pops in one night - guilt free ;)
- 1/4 of a large watermelon
- 1 tablespoon of pure lemon juice
Cut up the watermelon, and throw the pieces into the blender with the lemon juice.
Blend just for a few seconds, and if your watermelon has seeds, you can use a strainer as a fast way to get them outta there.
Pour into popsicle molds and place in freezer for 3 hours.
